Refund policy

I want you to be happy with your purchase — if something isn’t right, I’m here to help.

If your order arrives damaged or you’re not fully satisfied, please contact me within 14 days of delivery using the contact form. I personally read and respond to every message.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • It must be returned in the original packaging

Due to the nature of handmade jewelry — especially earrings — I kindly ask that you only request a return if the item has not been worn.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom orders and pieces made to order are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective. This includes any items that were personalized at your request.

Refunds

Once I receive and inspect the returned item, I’ll let you know whether it’s approved for a refund. If approved, your original payment method will be credited.
If you're returning an item under EU consumer rights, the original standard shipping cost will also be refunded.
Please note that upgraded shipping options are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If your item arrived damaged or defective, I’ll be happy to offer a replacement if possible. Please get in touch within 14 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. I recommend using a trackable shipping method.
