This website is operated by CookOnStrike. Throughout the site, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to CookOnStrike — a one-person, independent maker and seller of handmade goods based in Lithuania.
By accessing this website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. These terms apply to all site visitors and customers.
1. Overview
All items listed on this website are handmade by me, the owner of CookOnStrike. I sell directly to customers via this website (powered by Shopify) and also on Etsy.
2. Product Information
Each product is described as accurately as possible. If you have questions or need additional details or photos, you're welcome to contact me before placing an order.
Please note: due to the handmade nature of my work, small variations between items may occur.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are processed securely through Shopify's payment system. Prices are shown in your local currency whenever possible, based on your region. When supported, checkout, invoicing, and refunds will also be completed in your local currency.
If local currency display isn’t available in your region, prices and checkout will default to Euros (EUR), the shop’s base currency.
Applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout.
4. Shipping

5. Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. Certain exclusions apply — please see the Refund Policy for full details.
6. Custom Orders
Custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please contact me before ordering if you have special requirements or would like to discuss options.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, content, and images on this site are the intellectual property of CookOnStrike and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, unless the item has already shipped or production has started on a custom order. If you need to cancel or change your order, please get in touch as soon as possible.
9. Use of This Site
You may not use this website or its content:
- For any unlawful purpose
- To infringe on intellectual property
- To harm, abuse, or harass others
- To transmit malicious code
Violation of these terms may result in termination of your access to the site.
